Arrival & Setup
Food Truck Zone
Setup Timeline
Vendor check-in begins promptly at 12:00 PM. Please ensure you are fully operational by 2:30 PM for the 3:00 PM Vendor Expo opening.

Vendor Requirements
Standard spaces are 10x10. Vendors must bring their own tables/chairs. All Expo vendors will be INSIDE, so no canopy tents are allowed. Outdoor locations for food vendors can use canopy tents. Please bring all necessary signage, tablecloths, and business supplies. The Venoor Expo layout will be provided prior to the event.
The designated Food Truck Zone provides easy access for all of the community's dining. Attendees will walk past the Food Trucks to enter the building. Make sure your signage is ready! Review operational requirements below.
Permits & Compliance

Valid permits must be prominently displayed at all times.

Propane tanks must be secured and passed safety inspections.

Generator use must comply with local noise ordinances.
*A map of vendor, food truck, food vendor, youth activities, etc. will be available digitally prior to the event.
*Limited electrical hookups available inside. You must request this on your registration form.

Weather Policy
The event is rain or shine. In the case of extreme weather conditions, updates will be sent via email.
On-site Security
Security personnel will be present throughout the event to ensure a safe environment for all participants.
Electrical Access
Limited outlets are available first come, first served. Please bring your own heavy-duty extension cords.
Waste Management
Trash and recycling bins are provided. Vendors are responsible for cleaning their immediate booth area.
Facilities
Portable restrooms, including designated ADA units, are located conveniently near the vendor area.
Sales & Permits
Vendors are responsible for their own sales and reporting any applicable local or state sales tax.
